At Logs Online, we strive to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for your firewood orders. We understand the importance of timely delivery and want to ensure that you receive your products promptly and in excellent condition. Here are some important details about our delivery service:

Free Delivery and Additional Charges:

• Delivery is free to most postcodes on all bulk orders over £25.00.
• Please note that certain postcodes in Scotland, London, the south, Scottish Highlands, and Islands may incur an additional charge. This will be calculated at the checkout based on weights.

Delivery Timelines and Delays:

• We aim to deliver all orders under 100kg the next working day before 12, from Monday to Saturday. Our delivery partner has been performing exceptionally well, ensuring most deliveries arrive on time.
• Orders over 100kg are booked with our delivery partner on a 2-3 day service. You can select a preferred delivery date during checkout, and we will make every effort to meet your request.
• Please be aware that exceptional circumstances may cause delays in delivery.
• We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays if you have taken a day off work.

Delivery Process:

• Delivery is kerbside, but in most cases, our delivery driver will try to bring your pallet to your chosen location if deemed possible. However, if not feasible, the delivery will be kerbside.
• If you have a gravel drive, we recommend ordering nets so that the delivery can be handballed off the lorry without any issues with the pump truck getting stuck.
• Please note that if you ask the delivery company to come onto your property, we do not accept liability for any damages that may occur during the lorry's movement or when offloading the pallet.

Pre-Order Dates and Estimates:

• Pre-Order dates provided are estimates and indicate that the goods are in transit to our warehouse. Occasionally, customs and driver shortages may result in a delay of up to a week. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Options and Charges:

• Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the next working day and will be booked for delivery as per the chosen service. In exceptional circumstances, the delivery may take longer.
• Express Next day delivery service is available at an additional charge of £25.00 per pallet, with delivery on the day after dispatch and within 1-2 working days of order. Please note that this is an 'open booking' delivery, and you will not receive a further call.
• Saturday Delivery is available for orders under £100, with an additional charge of £25.00 per pallet. Orders must be received by Friday 11:00 a.m. for delivery on the following Saturday. Saturday deliveries will be made between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and will not be booked in advance.

Delivery Terms and Conditions:

• All national deliveries are considered 'Economy' and typically take 2-3 working days from dispatch, unless otherwise specified. They are delivered on a pallet using a tail lift lorry with a hand pump truck (no crane facilities).
• Cancellation of an order before dispatch incurs no charge. However, if you cancel the order after dispatch, a charge of £49.00 will be applicable.
• It is important to check all goods on arrival and sign the delivery paperwork unless a prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property. In the latter case
