Following the most recent guidance provided by the Government and Public Health England for employers and businesses and worsening situation of COVID-19 we are asking all of our customers to be aware of the following:
We are open for business and working around the clock to get your orders dispatched and to you on time and within our 2-3 day delivery time.
At the moment we have a robust supply chain and don't have any concerns about stock in the coming months.
Some customers may not want to handle or sign the electronic delivery confirmation device. Drivers can enter customer confirmation on delivery on your behalf. If you would like to avoid all contact with the driver the please notify us and we will instruct that delivery is made to your location of choice.
All staff have access to the internet and a computer at home, allowing them to continue to work as we increasingly move towards a complete lock-down. Please be mindful that, as increasing numbers of people are needing to work from home there may also be fluctuations in internet connectivity and as we will not be working as a team in the office, some responses may take longer than others.
Our distribution centre is cleaned regularly and is run by a team that are fully trained on the way
